We provide a convenient device pickup and delivery repair service in Castries Town for less than 150 XCD in repair fees.

Due to us having over 25 repair orders currently, we've temporarily restricted device drop-offs for us to collect for repair to weekends only.

We return repaired devices every day between 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m - 5:30 p.m. + between 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. on weekends.

How it works

After booking, one of our technicians will message you to organize an exact device pick-up and drop-off location in Castries Town. After the device is brought to our repair studio and is inspected, you will receive a final quote via your email. After online payment, It is then repaired, documented, and collected by you at the pick-up.

Please note that we will leave with your device to carry out the repair. No work commences without your knowledge and approval of the final quote. You may request your device back at any time for no additional charges.

Inspection and Booking deposit

To secure your pickup and repair slot, a general $49 XCD booking deposit is required. This ensures your appointment is reserved and prevents missed pick-ups.

The deposit is fully applied to your final repair cost if you proceed. The remaining balance is paid after your device is repaired and returned.

If you choose not to proceed or are unavailable at the scheduled time, the deposit is non-refundable.
