General Repairs
We specialize in screen replacements, battery replacements, charging port repairs, camera repairs, motherboard repairs, and housing replacements for smartphones. For laptops and controllers, we offer an extremely wide variety of repairs to bring them back to life.
We repair most major brands including Apple, Samsung, and other Android devices. We repair all various PlayStation and Xbox controllers. All laptops are repairable by us. You will be prompted to confirm your device model before booking.
Most repairs are completed within 24–48 hours, depending on the issue and part availability. If a part is required to be ordered to Saint Lucia, expect your device to be back in your hand within the span of about a week, as the part arrives to the country.
We use high-quality OEM or OEM-grade replacement parts to ensure reliable performance. If an aftermarket part is to be used, the customer is notified beforehand and is asked for permission.
Pickup & Delivery
After booking, we arrange a scheduled meetup in Castries or Gros Islet, collect your device, complete the repair, and return it at a later time.
Yes. Your device is collected and taken to our studio for repair in Castries, then returned to you after completion.

Payments & Deposits
The $49 deposit secures your appointment and reduces missed bookings. It is fully applied to your final repair cost.
The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or miss your scheduled appointment, but it is applied toward your repair if you proceed.
You pay the remaining balance after your device is repaired and returned.
Quotes & Approval
Yes. You will receive a confirmed quote after inspection, and no repair is done without your approval.
Initial estimates may vary depending on the actual condition of the device. You will always be informed before any work begins.
Warranty & Safety
Yes. Most repairs include a 1 month warranty, depending on the service.
Yes. Devices are documented at pickup, and you are updated throughout the process via WhatsApp. A client upon request, will receive an image of their device condition at any time.
If your device cannot be repaired, you will be informed. No further charges apply beyond the booking deposit.
Parts & Compatibility
Yes. We offer a range of device parts and accessories through our store.
Our parts are selected to match original specifications. Your device should function normally after repair.
